Temp-to-Hire - “Try-before-you-buy”! Review a potential employer on the job using temp-to permanent placement. Ever find yourself so short staffed that you desperately hire an applicant that you were unsure about? Try as many of our Temps as you like until you are completely satisfied.

Direct-Placement – We will seek and pre-screen qualified candidate to fill your vacant Leasing Consultant/ Assistant or Residential Management, Service Technician, and Porter openings.

Payroll Service – Payroll funding of your new employees. Painting & Cleaning – We offer quality painting and cleaning services of apartment homes. Our maintenance division provides you with quality service that meets both your budget and your deadline.

Turnover Service - We also provide interior turnover services with our clients needs in mind.  Founded from experienced property management personnel, we focus on the detail and and quality of service with our client’s expectations in mind.  Currently we are providing interior painting, interior cleaning, carpet replacement and vinyl replacement services.
